"I visited this salon last week for a wash and set and color. I had the pleasure of having Yahira do my hair and she was fantastic. She was very friendly and took great care of my hair. I have never seen my hair so silky and shiny -- she did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back, especially for another cup of that delicious coffee! "

"This place is wonderful! I came in with my hair in pretty rough condition after a couple of months of struggling to detangle my hair completely. Yahira took her time in assessing the condition of my hair, and untangled it gently which I hardly knew was possible! I got a a beautiful LOB cut, colored my hair black. For the wash and set, coloring, blowdry, and flatiron, I paid $90 which I thought was wonderful. For some perspective, Yahira let me know that for just the wash and set and blowout, it would cost $25. Also, they were very kind to me and to one another! It made me comfortable to be there. Overall, a great hair salon! "

"There is nothing more amazing than to experience Dominican hairstyling! The love and care that goes into their process is just phenomenal. I felt as if my own mother was caring for my hair. And I'm very picky with who handles my locks but let me tell you, you couldn't be left in better hands with this crew of hairstylists. I've visited several times and it has become my favorite and preferred place to have my hair treated and styled. And my hair is not a piece of cake to control let me add! Very hardworking crew who care about the service they the provide, they CARE about how you look and the experience you have in their establishment. This salon is professional and loving, I felt right at home. You can't go wrong if you try this place out. I highly recommend it, I've never left a salon feeling like I had celebrity hair until now! Not to mention they also left me instructions on how to care for my hair at home so the texture of my coarse hair could improve, don't be afraid to ask questions because they are more than happy to help you with the health of your hair. "Truly amazing! I'm so happy I moved into this area because this shop is amazing. I've been here a couple times on weekdays but today was the first time on a weekend! I was nervous it was going to be packed but it wasn't. I walked in at 5 pm and the women at the front desk let me know the hours online were incorrect and they closed at 5 on Sunday but it was no problem and they did my hair anyway! I was out of there by 6:30 and didn't feel rushed at all. thank you so much! "

"I'm not really a fan of posting a well informed review on a service provider after only one experience so after I went today, my second time at this salon, I thought this place deserved the time and effort of writing one. I've been living in NYC for over a year now and this is the best salon I've been to since. I went in to get my hair relaxed, colored and cut. I arrived at midday and there was't a crowd so I was seen to right away. My stylist (I keep forgetting her name :( terrible memory) permed my hair carefully but quickly which i really appreciated. I hate when they pull on on my nappy roots and take so long that my hair gets over-processed. She was sweet and attentive the entire time. The true test was my blowout. One of my biggest pet peeves is when a stylist use excessive heat on already dried relaxed hair - I know heat damage is less visible in relaxed hair but that does not mean it's not there!!! I loved that she didn't over do it and just left it sleek but still have body. She also cut my hair exactly how i wanted it, removing the damaged hair from past experiences to make my hair look healthy and bouncy again. Overall Great Experience!!! Side note: The environment was wonderful. A relatively large space, so i could stretch out my legs if I wanted to and multiple dryers so less waiting time. Floors and work stations were repeatedly cleaned during my visit so i really appreciate their cleanliness "
